This an authentic place to practice Ashtanga. Pablo is an authorized level 2 teacher by KPJAY. Classes are mysore style with adjustments and led classes on Fridays. Great space with wood floors, garden & showers. I also like the noon option, so I don't have to wake up early.

Wonderful Shala, attentive and loving reception, you can breathe peace and tranquility. The work is done in mysore technique. Very dedicated teachers.

Beautiful Yoga room, with excellent teachers who teach Ashtanga Yoga following the tradition.
