All the teachers that work there are very good. Nice experience. I thought I would only go one day, but I signed up for 3.

The studio is very nice, it has a very nice energy. Take classes with Julieta, an excellent teacher with very good teaching and clear expression. Juli's adjustments in each exercise were essential to achieve success. At the end of the class we did a little guided relaxation that left me in a zen state, very calm and feeling my spine and back more relaxed, stretched and strong. Thanks Ju! =)
