I love your evening meditations. When I can I try to go. And there is a book that literally helped me a lot... and at a very low price called Peace Begins With You and I bought it there about 7 years ago and they still have it. Brahma kumaris is a super spiritual place with no marketing. So cute. And they have nice videos on Youtube to listen to.

I went on a Thursday when we meditated and talked about the ART OF GIVING A FINAL POINT. Then there was a ceremony where the two loving ladies who were leading looked us straight in the eye. It couldn't have been a stronger feeling for me, I didn't have a tear left to cry, but miraculously after that I woke up as a new woman, as if my sadness and despair had been taken away. I want to thank them for that, they were just what I needed to keep going. Eternally grateful, they put me back on my axis. I didn't know who to turn to and I fell by "chance". They have been a great help to me.
