My experience having started meditation on the Violet Pulse in March of this year is excellent. Because in the classes, not only is it meditated as such, but also different tools are seen in each class to be able to face and face the day to day in a better way. It helps you change your mentality and see everything in a different way, in a much more peaceful and healthy way for the mind. I can say that it is a process that obviously takes time, but little by little it can be done and you realize that you are applying the tools that we discuss and talk about in each class in daily life. I am very grateful to have known this place and to each person who gives life to it, especially Sabri, my instructor on Tuesdays. Everyone is super warm and cool, they really make you feel at home. In addition, yoga and tai-chi classes are taught in the place and they usually organize various workshops such as astrology, family constellations, ark technique... I personally recommend 100% living the experience of transforming our own lives thanks to this beautiful place.

I met Pulso Violeta a month ago and without a doubt I am fascinated with this place ❤️ The tools that we see in the workshop are key for day to day, they help me a lot to control my anxiety. Thank you Sabri for transmitting all your knowledge and helping us to walk the path of life
