After trying various yoga spaces in San Telmo and the Federal Capital, I found the Yoga Practice Center, a space that carries out the teaching of yoga with seriousness, commitment, love and professionalism. Classes are in small groups so the needs of each person are taken into account. In addition to the regular classes and in-depth workshops, a high-quality Instructor Training is taught that I highly recommend.
