This place changed my life. Mariela is not only a true leader, but also an excellent person, empathetic, warm and always willing to accompany you, take care of you and motivate you to excel and improve. It really brings out the best in everyone, even when we have some limitation or injury, the teacher is always with you, is attentive and adapts the exercises so that you don't get injured. You realize that there is knowledge. I have female companions over 70 and even 80 years old! I recommend it because it is a unique space in which, in addition to training, you always leave refreshed, full of energy and best of all: with self-esteem up to the sky!
