More than 3 hours of talk, very overwhelming to be sitting on the floor, very uncomfortable. It seemed like a sect, not a yoga school, there is a mixture of things, a virgin from the Catholic Church, an Hindu "god", that elephant, a painting with the tree of life from the Kabala, an armchair with the painting of *the superior energy", RARE. They started at 6:00 p.m. and it was 9:00 p.m. and they continued. Horrible, I didn't like it at all. I recommend it.
