I visited BA in February 2017 and attended yoga class at Hot Room Yoga 10 of the 12 days i was in Argentina. Tamara, the owner, is very interested in the student yogis and goes out of her way to make visitors feel welcome. Her studio is quiet, clean and spacious, classes are not over-crowded, and the heated room is at the proper temperature. I highly recommend Hot Room Yoga.

The classes are super, the facilities are very nice, a practice that pleasantly surprised me. What is really bad is the character of teacher Tamara, a really unpleasant humor, bad vibes, she answers badly, she is unbalanced, she is not suitable for a place where one is going to relax.

The truth is that I did not know this discipline, and I thought that much of what was said was not true, but what happened when I tried it was incredible. Everything is REAL, and the most incredible thing is that in just one week you begin to see the changes, honestly, I am very motivated to keep going.
