I have a friend who has been doing Pilates for a long time and after insisting so much on getting me started, she recommended this place. The local teacher, Mariana, is super friendly and committed. I was new and at no time did he rush me to do something I wasn't able to do (which was one of my fears). Everyone goes at their own pace, the classes are few people and she follows us all. I have had classmates of all ages and the classes are always entertaining. I have already started to see results in some contractures that I had from working sitting down and the truth is that I am not leaving anymore. I totally recommend!
