During the pandemic, his classes by ZOOM, were a ground wire both physically and mentally!!! They allowed me to be connected to a group and demanded my body, which was very still!! Beautiful space to train the body, with activities and exercises that benefit balance and, above all, cognitive. Diego is an excellent professional and super responsible with the needs and limitations of each person, which is evident in the age range of those who go (both young and adults). A pleasure every class!!

He gives three or four different classes at the same time, in the classroom and by zoom, so every time you finish your exercises you have to wait for him to finish talking to all the other students so that he tells you how to continue and so with each exercise. The classes last 40/45 min. It gives you either all of your arms or all of your legs, it doesn't intersperse, so you always end up exhausted on one side or the other (it could be that since he teaches so many classes at the same time he gets dizzy if he changes, I don't know). I went because the traumatologist sent me for a health problem and I had prohibited exercises, he gave me the same and when I asked him to give me another one because it hurt me, he yelled at me "so tell me what you want to do!". I kindly told him that I would do what he told me, that the teacher was him but that what he gave me I couldn't do. It was the last time I went, obviously. My friend too.
