Good attention. They provide many services. The place is spacious and well located. You can request a shift by WhatsApp. Make inquiries through Instagram. Both ways they respond quickly. You can pay in cash and by card. They have availability of shifts. The staff is attentive, although they could take care of some aspects.

Excellent pilates and workout classes. They have two stores, one for aesthetics and the other for gymnastics just around the corner where training classes are without reservation and there are varied schedules. The teachers are all geniuses. For Pilates you have to reserve a bed but the range of shifts is fantastic. Highly recommended and accessible considering the area.
