This method is magical... When I started meditating I had a lot of accumulated anger... For no reason, it was simply a latent emotion in me, and wanting to cover up that anger made me feel anguished, because I couldn't even recognize how I was feeling. I felt, I did not realize the anger or how I treated people, I just felt misunderstood. Thanks to this meditation I was able to see my mind clearly, and above all things, I was able to discard all that accumulation of thoughts and sensations. The objective and the method are very clear, you just have to be willing to try and face yourself honestly... Then the results emerge and become stronger and stronger, the anguish changes to happiness, the anger changes to warmth and life simply becomes lighter and happier...
