Excellent. I started in August 2022 and I feel much better. I come from not doing any physical activity and this activity helped me improve my posture (and mood). The classes are personalized and very good. Fede is a nice teacher and person, he always plays good music and good vibes to the classes. Not a minor fact: the shift system they have works very well. And the classmates are also usually very friendly.
