Two months ago I started taking reformer pilates classes due to my lower back pain, and also because I needed to do physical activity. I must say that I am super satisfied and the classes are excellent. In a short time I have perceived improvements in terms of my lower back pain. I also want to highlight the good treatment of everyone, both Sara and all the teachers. The facilities are in excellent condition and have the necessary elements for such an activity, I highly recommend it 100%!!!

I found the study because I had lower back pain so I started rehabilitation. I loved the studio from day one in terms of facilities... The teacher is very good! He controls that we do the poses well and it shows that he is interested in the well-being of his students. This is what stands out the most! I feel safe knowing that he knows what he is doing! The classes are never repeated and are adapted according to the ailment that one may have at the time. Which makes them personalized! I recommend it 200%, I also did very good classes and very good aerial pilates! It also has a very good time offer for a neighborhood. Happy :)
