Pure Life! Infinite thanks. Your Instructors Juan and Viví are the best!!! The truth is that until now I started with Pilates, something new for me, I felt a little scared, but they were always very attentive to my movements, to teach me, to strengthen my body with this wonderful experience, very professional in absolutely everything. Thanks to them I am now a fan of Pilates😃, I have tried everything, but I think that in no other place would I have found so much human warmth, so much love and professionalism. For more than 10 years, together with Vivi, this search has grown not only in a more efficient and orderly administration of the spaces, but also in a loving and sincere attention to what they give and what they are not willing to negotiate. Of course, this is reflected in the team of professionals who teach the classes. They all have enormous training and share a way of seeing Pilates that respects the limits and characteristics of each student. It is a highly recommended space for anyone who wants to experience a loving and conscious training of their own body.

I arrived here with no experience in Pilates, with a lot of lower back pain and zero flexibility... thanks to PuraVida's Pilates classes this changed me in a matter of months. The place is very nice, very ventilated, hygiene protocols are respected (important having started during the pandemic) and the teachers are very experienced. I have to highlight the work of Julieta, who is very didactic, a genius at teaching and made me change the way I breathe and exercise while thinking about our core. Highly recommended place for pilates classes.

My aunt went to try a class as a Mother's Day gift, she suffered age discrimination and because she "needed to do softer Pilates" when the reality is that they didn't want me to go in the afternoon (another time) so as not to help someone just starting out. It should also be said that they never reported that they had two types of classes, but rather waited for me to go first, a total lack of respect. Today my aunt feels bad since this was the way out for her to do exercises and with this they discouraged her a lot, I really hope they change the deals or report well when someone contracts with them. In conclusion, if you are over 45 years old, do not go here because you are going to suffer the same as my aunt and nobody deserves that at this age. I hope they change this because it was really quite painful for my aunt.

Beautiful classes, varied and professional teachers. In-person and virtual classes are a pleasure. I highly recommend them, they are excellent, they take care of all their students and they are very warm, they always take into account if you have any difficulty adapting the exercise.
