Studio Secret to Live is a boutique Pilates studio located in Paraguay. The studio offers one to one classes as well as small personalized group sessions. Elizabeth, the owner is a wonderful instructor with great energy pushing her clients to reach their potential. In less than a week I am doing Pilates moves that exceed beyond my expectations and wish to push myself even more. It’s the best Pilates studio in Baires.
