Good atmosphere, good vibes. But they don't know. They are not professionals in physical education. Sometimes it seems that they saw a video and they repeat it. Good vibes do not compensate for professionalism. Hopefully some "teachers" have changed and have been trained.

Terrible attention! I went to the place, the door was open, a girl appeared and told me that they were closed. I told him that I just wanted to ask a question, and in a bad way he told me that it was closed, that I should write to them by WhatsApp. I wrote to them on whatsapp, they did not answer me. I wrote to them again, they answered me after a week, they answered only one thing and not the rest. They agreed to get in touch, weeks passed, I had to talk to them again. So, weeks and weeks. Finally I wanted to coordinate a schedule and they stopped responding. TO DISASTER! All this was an eternal round trip of more than a month and a half, to go to some pilates classes THAT I COULDN'T EVEN COORINATE. For that they let them know that they are not interested in one going. THEY TAKE ONE OUT OF THE WIN.

Excellent for achieving good musculature. They work with functional training. It is very personalized and small groups. They also do postural gymnastics and pilates.
