I got to know the Art of Living in February 2021, I took 2/3 free workshops and then I decided to take the first course where they teach you the main breathing technique. It helped me a lot... . Then I took the meditation course where an instructor gives you a personal mantra and you learn how to get into a deep meditation. Lastly, I took the course of silence, which is a deep cleansing and detox.
I was skeptical and before taking a course I found out a lot and consulted among acquaintances until I found someone who did the courses and gave me good references.
So here I am... I have 3 HP, 2 Sahaj and I'm going for the 2nd. course of silence
There are excellent instructors who accompany you and are in contact with you whenever you need it, as are the volunteers. A beautiful relationship is formed between all of them.
Every day I feel better! I suffered panic attacks and relapsed several times, I had a very strong depression and thank God I am alive.
The Art of Living gave me a discipline to take care of myself and be attentive to my needs, something that I had never done before. Others were always before me and that had serious consequences for me.
Today I am a volunteer and I help other people just as they helped me in the beginning. That grain of sand that I can contribute makes me happy and fills my soul.
