The Staff is always with a good disposition, immediate attention and kindness. Right there they teach us to correct ourselves with love, humility, forgiveness and acceptance. The teacher Rocío Carimati is pure peace. You fly off on a cloud after your classes. And the teacher Diego Cano also treats you very well.

The center has a very warm room; It is a space for a maximum of 10 people. Rocío Carimati's Hatha class is very good. The vinayasa yoga classes with Josefina Salimei for intermediate-advanced classes and Diego Cano's classes are also highly recommended.

I did the Yoga Teacher Training and it is the best place I could have chosen to do it! The human quality, the interest of Professor Diego Cano and the assistant teachers in each of the students and with the genuine intention of deepening each topic and making themselves understood. I go downtown because I love it!!!! I have fun and I learn a lot, I love your classes, your love and your teachings, and I think it's great to share those moments with the people who go through it, it gives me great joy to meet them, we connect in a loving way, I love the weather that you believe in the classes, and I feel that my being is balanced both physically, mentally and spiritually. It is a moment in which I forget everything and concentrate only on the here and now of the class, trying to be with myself, giving myself a space for my being. , learning my limitations, I connect with myself leaving the day behind, it is a caress to the soul, it makes me very happy The study group helps me learn and see things that happen from a different angle. They help me realize that we all have fears and emotions to go through, sometimes it is not easy for me to let go of certain mental structures and many times I do not know where I am standing but I am searching for the path of learning to see myself without judging myself so much, trying to let go of the emotions that surface in me at different times on the same day!!, ...it helps me to travel inwards trying to decode rooted patterns,. I feel the language impediment, and sometimes the readings are not easy for me, but listening always opens up new ways of trying to tune into the dial of God's frequency and to be grateful, it makes me a better person, I would like to find my gifts and be able to develop them for the benefit of myself and others.

A.- I go to the center because it offers a comprehensive training space, from the yoga classes (for which I came to the center in 2014), the retreats I did, the healing breaths that led me to the study group and the activities this year, such as Satsang, Movie Fridays, etc. These and other activities such as the training offered, contribute to self-awareness, growth and spiritual evolution, to learning to let go, to lovingly correct oneself, always with the guidance and loving support of each one of the members of the center, who in their role and with their gifts, they offer the best of themselves. That is what is "breathed" and from that I nourish myself and learn. I highly value the coherence between what is proposed and what is done, what is offered is lived, one receives it and in turn feels the need to give it, generating a loving circuit that does us so much good. For all this and for the relaxed, friendly atmosphere, and with less and less judgment that is perceived, I feel comfortable, respected and at the same time driven to continue walking and training. The improvements in communication, the flyers that are sent with activities, the daily inspirations, etc. are very good. B.- Study group: There are moments of inquiry, inspiration through reading texts, sharing with the group what we are going through, freely and without feeling judged, we feel loved and supported, both by the group as for Diego who directs it, who tells us what corresponds so that we can see it and grow, to make the decision towards the truth, with perseverance, and when we falter he is there so that we understand the nature of the emotions that appear and we do not identify ourselves with them, supporting us with love. This year we also have the invaluable help of Alicia who constantly assists us as a group and individually. This is a blessing!!! It is clear that this group is of enormous help for spiritual work because we live it together, each one makes their valuable contribution, we encourage each other to continue walking and we also have fun!!! Love circulates among everyone and that is constantly felt. It is a very powerful engine! That is why I have been repeating the experience of the study group, this is my fourth year. And I am very grateful, to God, to Diego, to Alicia and Robert, and to the whole group.

Centro Yoga D C is the door that opens your heart to your inner world, it is the perfect place for your true self to appear. The practice of yoga is an energy movement that renews and elevates you to unsuspected levels. The warmth and commitment of its director Diego Cano gives the place its own essence and is precisely what makes it different from any other center. Additionally, you will find in the place the possibility of acquiring natural products and reading material. Both will complete your activity. And if you go for more, you can't stop doing the yoga teacher training. I highly recommend it.

At the DC center I learned to listen to my being, to calm my mind, to abandon my thoughts and to understand that we are all one with nature. To breathe and nourish my body. But above all my learning and what I take the most from my experience at the center is that I am learning to be kind, compassionate, grateful, humble.
