Excellent experience having taken classes with Professor Cristian Cravero. I felt very comfortable in his classes, and I learned a lot. I was particularly fascinated with the sequencing of the postures and exercises. I recommend it for those who want to learn yoga at different intensities.

Cristian's classes are wonderful, in a few months I was able to reach yoga postures that I didn't imagine I could do, many of the pains I had stopped existing and my spine posture improved a lot. I recommend his classes and the Reiki sessions as well. Namaste 🙏

I have been doing yoga here for 4 years and I would not change the instructor and his classes for anything. With Cristian I always did Hatha Yoga and I feel many positive changes in my body from the day I started until today, especially in the flexibility and improvement of my posture. In all classes there is relaxing music and rich aromas. The phrases at the end of the class are always very motivating and revealing. I recommend this place 100%, I'm sure you won't regret it.
