Respira Pilates

I really like the pilates practice at Respira Pilates. I have found it very pleasing to see how the teachers guide me and teach me to take care of the postures so as not to make unnecessary or misapplied forces. The space is very nice. neat and comfortable. I am happy to have started the practice of this discipline there. Another important detail is that classes are not lost if for some reason you cannot attend. They have an application that allows you to cancel your class, free up your space and take another on another day and time. They are very methodical to provide information and thus have order, they and us. This space was recommended to me by a friend who has been going there for some time and now I recommend it too.

Very nice environment with very professional teachers. Also, there are many schedule options. If they come from outside, they won't have any problem. They will spend time and always make sure you do the exercises correctly!
