Monique's seven-day yoga retreat in Bali was one of the best things I have ever done. Waking up each morning for yoga in the most beautiful shala on the beach, and then coming together again in the evening for restorative practice and meditation was so incredibly beneficial for the mind and body. Monique catered for all levels, from those who had only dabbled in yoga to advanced yogis. We had plenty of free time also, so we could explore the island or just take the time to reflect (or have a drink by the pool). I returned home with a calmer mind, and the skills to better deal with life's stresses. Monique's genuine and friendly nature makes her a pleasure to be with and learn from. I cannot recommend a retreat with her more highly, and I hope to do one every year!
