About Hot Yoga The ‘Original HOT Yoga’ is a dynamic series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to approximately 40deg c. Suitable for beginners and advanced students. Practiced regularly, this 60 & 90 minute class will strengthen, tone and detoxify your body and mind. Each asana (posture) prepares you for the next and will help to loosen any tightness in your body, while building mental focus and concentration. The 26 postures are hand picked from the ‘Original 84′ which are the first yoga postures ever documented over 5,000 years ago by Patanjali. The room is heated intentionally to warm the muscles which allows you to work deeper, prevents injuries all the while burning up to 900 calories per class. You will be left feeling exhilerated and energised having worked every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in your body.
