Life Ready Physio and Pilates Inglewood

I’ve been seeing Life Ready Physio Inglewood for years and highly recommend the team there. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and their treatment is second to none. Recently I had ongoing back issues and Avril, my Physio, treated me with such professionalism and passion. I was also given plans for ongoing self treatment at home and work to help get my quality of life back on track fast. Won’t go anywhere else. Thanks Inglewood!

I love coming here. The staff are always so friendly. Even the Physios I don't visit know me by name and always say hello. Avril is fantastic! She listens to everything that's going on and explains all the treatment and what is happening in my body to cause the pain. She's always so lovely when I see her for treatment. The girls on reception are fantastic too. Love having a bit of a chat while I wait for my appointment.

Recommended to visit the clinic from a close friend as I was looking for a new physio after a few bad experiences. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone I know. The space is inviting and all staff are warm and welcoming. I was treated by Avril who is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Caitlin Thorn has been my physio throughout and has been nothing but supportive and accommodating when i have had to reschedule or book on short notice due to work restrictions. After speaking and working with Jai about the issue I have seen a dramatic improvement. Professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

Life Ready Inglewood are thorough professionals. The front desk are a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person. Never a problem to reschedule an appointment even on late notice and I love when I get a coffee made for me before the appointment! Avril is the best Physio I have seen and no matter how poorly my body is feeling, I alway walk out with more mobility and movement even when she does make me squirm with her elbows in my sore spots! I couldn’t recommend Life Ready Inglewood highly enough!!

I have been attending Pilates with Avril for quite some time. Her classes are always varied and challenging and above all really good fun . She manages to push you that little bit further with that sweet smile that she presents . Always a keen eye for the perfection of the move rather than the amount of reps. Highly recommended ????

Exceptional service and professionalism. I had a session booked with Andrew. He was very knowledgeable in regards to my sporting injury. He had me back up and running in no time. Would highly recommend for anyone with sports related issues!

It is a light and bright space that makes you feel immediately comfortable. I enjoyed clinical Pilates with Caitlin for my “pre-hab” and Matt and Andrew have helped me with my hands on rehab and hydrotherapy post knee replacement. I appreciate how much they work as a team to make sure my care across clinicians is seamless. The reception team make booking and billing a breeze- they even remember my work schedule to make sure I get a time that best suits to my lifestyle. Thanks for all your hard work guys!
