A great physio, really looking after me and my needs. Were able to tell that i did my ACL straight away even though I was cleared at the hospital. Jakson is exceptional at his job and I can tell that he really loves it as he's always looking at new research that would be helpful to me.

From the administrative staff greeting you upon arrival and making the process as seamless as possible (special thanks to Kendall and Dianne who always had a smile and kind word), The podiatrist was thorough and so helpful and informative. The physios are all A grade! But Lauren stands out for her passion in the field and for genuinely caring for and facilitating patient needs. I had terrible back/nerve pain and movement issues after a disc prolapse and out of all the specialists I saw, Lauren was the biggest driving force for me getting to my strongest and happiest through hands on treatment and Pilates program! Been having some lower back pain for a few days and got slightly worried. Called up and managed to get a doctor's appointment and physiotherapist appointment one after the other, the very next day! Dr. Baker was excellent, and Tom the physio knew exactly how to relieve the pain and recommended some exercises. Really friendly and supportive reception staff too!

Rebooked an appointment last Monday for a Friday appointment. Received an SMS last Wed that appointment is confirmed. Left early for work just to attend that appointment. Receptionist told me that my appointment was cancelled. I didn't receive any call, voicemail, missed call email, or SMS from them regarding this cancellation. Receptionist was insisting that they left a voicemail.
