DMA Clinical Pilates course was an outstanding experience for me, especially coming from China as an overseas student. The administrative and teaching staff was very helpful and kind from signing in and throughout the whole process, making sure I am acclimatizing well in Melbourne. The course was well structured, informative and practical. The E-learning was very convenient to use before the on-site course. I have gained new skills in assessment and treatment using CP, enlarged my 'toolbox' as a physio with an evidence-based approach. To complete the whole experience and to start using the CP immediately I purchased the portable bed, Adam helped with the logistics and the bed was very easy to carry with me by plane. The following week I already started using CP in the clinic. DMA gave me the whole package of knowledge, practical use, and equipment to start with. I highly recommend overseas physios to participate in this course with the lovely help of the whole team. Very disappointing experience. Had been going for a number of months it was okay, not great but one class was just bad. I called management to ask for a refund for the rest of the block I had paid for. I explained the situation but she said they didn't do refunds. We organised an alternative session. As soon as I walked in I knew I didn't want to be there anymore. So I left. I forfeited that money and had $39 left which they've kept. I think as a gesture of good will it should've been returned. A week later one of the physios called and I had to explain the whole situation again. Did the manager not take notes as feedback? No correspondence at all. The unprofessionalism of some of the staff let the place down.

DMA clinical Pilate's resolve functional issues that many other specialists are not able to. Myself and my partner were both incapicated prior to discovering this. The transformation was absolutely amazing.

I enrolled a Part B Pilates course in hk originally it will be held in end of April. After I fully paid and confirmed everything, DMA cancelled the course and told me they will have another one in October . I told DMA I cannot make it in October and requested a refund. It takes almost 2 months back and forth of emails and they first refund only part of the course fee. And then they admitted it was their mistakes to make a wrong amount of refund. Now I still lost about $1100hkd which equivalent to $190AUD due to their mistake!!!! DMA even let the bank to charge me the handling fee of oversea money transfer but not them paying it! Im upset about DMA and highly recommend you think twice before enrolling their course. They can suddenly change their course date and you will get trouble of course fee refund.
