This place is amazing! I have been looking for a good yoga studio and I'm glad I found this one! The Environment is unreal and brings us such good energy! All teachers are so professional and kind... I've got a couple of injuries and they all look after me really attentive! I do recommend it!

I've been going 2/3 a week to prenatal for the past almost five months at @yogabodyworks. I love it. Asia, Maree and Leah all have different formats/ styles, each bring something different that I can draw on. Love the tips / techniques they all take time to point out that help with easing the niggles of pregnancy as well as assist in labouring. Going to miss my Prenatal classes in just a few weeks... but I know I'll be locked in for their 'mums & bubs'! Thanks ladies!

Thank you to Patrice and Karina for a fantastic 6 weeks of beginner classes. I had previously been going to classes at another studio but felt I wasn't improving or understand the poses. The beginner course has significantly improved my understanding of each pose and I got more out of each class than I ever did previously in yoga classes. In the short 6 weeks I have already made improvements with each pose. Thank you for introducing me to the practice of yoga, I now look forward to spending time on my mat every day.

Most amazing, beautiful and energising yoga class I've ever been to! The instructors were angels and full of love and acceptance. I feel emotionally like I've stripped out of my dirty clothes to be even more proud of whom I truly am after that class! Inspiring, cleansing, invigorating, empowering. Just beautiful! ?

I have always enjoyed the prenatal yoga classes but wanted to make particular mention of the new format with Maree last night. It was just the right balance of stamina and strength mixed with reflection. Just what this busy Mummy needed at 32 weeks pregnant. Thankyou!
