HOT YOGA Hot Yoga is a set sequence of yoga postures practiced within a yoga class suitable for all levels from complete beginner to experienced. Hot Yoga classes run for 60 or 90 minutes and consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to 40 degrees Celsius. This yoga practice is done in a heated room to warm your muscles and joints efficiently, prevent injury, allows you to practice safely and encourages sweating which is detoxifying and cleansing for the body. Core + Hot Pilates These classes are seriously upbeat and incorporate traditional mat pilates exercises, plus a revolutionary mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and weight work to strengthen your core and tone your body. Each class will follow a similar sequence but the order and focus will vary from class to class. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes are high-energy and great fun thanks to a playlist of inspiring beats. Plus, you’ll burn calories and detoxify your body as each class is performed in a thermo-controlled room at 30-34 degrees with 40% humidity. It will be one of the best workouts you’ve had and will leave you feeling energised and inspired! Meditation Why not give yourself permission to connect within and receive the benefits of meditating. Meditation is effective in short-term stress reduction and long-term health. There are so many physiological, psychological and spiritual benefits.
