Fernwood Gym yoga Rockdale

Upon signing up I wasn't told that when you don't show up for classes you get dropped out from 3 classes. This is the most bizarre rules I've ever seen. I spent almost an hour reading the terms and conditions. No, it is not mentioned anywhere there. This is absurd. All I wanted was to work out without wasting my energy in calling and getting rude reply. Had I known this before I would have never joined this club. This is you guys discouraging to work out. Also, when asked try to help your customers. You guys are all about meeting your sales and target. I'm very disappointed with this.

Fernwood gym is absolutely heartless horrible place, in a matter of a month I was hospitalised with a lung collapse and my father had a serious heart attack, I told them that I had no was of making money and they pretty much told me if I don’t I will be referred to a collection agency, these women are supposed to be “supporting” other women but there spineless people who don’t care about anything else but money

The customer service is horrible in this gym. I am stranded overseas due to COVID ban and emailed several times to cancel my membership! But they never replied. After several weeks they sent me a long bill to which after several requests they agreed to charge me only cancellation fee. My bank card was expired so I had to give them my bank account. They promised via email to charge cancellation fee $200 only and not charge any key fee $49. Now they deduct $224 from my account and also charged me $49 following week. I have sent them emails like more than 3 times now, also managed to send key via help from my friend but they havent reimbursed my money back. When they needed my bank details they kept emailing every week and now they havent replied me back since last 3 weeks. DONOT ever join this gym, it will rip you off and make fake promises. They are not considerate of pandemic situation and people affected by it. They just want your money with zero service.

Non existent customer service, and now I’m stuck with 3 months contract. If I cancel my membership ( and I’ve just started) I have to pay $50 fee and two further direct debits which is $179 I highly recommend costumer service training if they’d like their business to be successful and have long term members

It's fine but there is no steam, sauna facilities. On the highway with limited parking but if you are looking for a only women's facility it's a great one. Specially good for mom's as they have a creche from 9am -12 pm

Love fernwood Rockdale. The staff are super professional and I recommend it to any women out there. Please don’t listen to the bad fake reviews . I’ve been there for many moons now and never came across any issues. Keep up the great work Rockdale team....

I think Fernwood is really good, not too crowded and I love Vicki's classes. Bit worried that they are scaling down on the classes offering and pushing for paid programs, which just seems a bit greedy. One suggestion for you Fernwood would be to send the blonde PT to some sales training because she cannot deliver a sales pitch, she doesn't listen to the customer and she is most likely damaging your brand. I signed up because the gym looked good and I had read all I needed to know online and I knew I could avoid ever talking to her again. Since, I've learned that a few other girls have had the same experience. For those thinking of joining, don't let her put you off, the other staff is really friendly.
