I joined in January and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. The staff, the instructors and the other women are all so friendly, warm and encouraging. The crèche is amazing and the girls who run it are beautiful.. my kids have loved it there from day one. I feel strong and confident and look forward to my time there knowing my children are well looked after. Thanks Ferny Penrith, you are changing my life for the better one day at a time ??

The staff are lovely and really listen to your wants/goals and work with you so that you can work towards achieving them. The facility and equipment are also great; best bathrooms and goodies that I have ever seen at a gym! I've done PT sessions with Rosemary previously and currently doing Saturday sessions with Kathy. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and really listen to what you want to focus on and avoid exercises you've said you hate (for me that's running!) The classes are great, with awesome instructors, and offer a great variety. Highly recommend Fernwood Penrith.

Love, love, love Fernwood Penrith... I joined many years ago when I was at my lowest point with my weight and mental health. I have learnt so much more since being part of this family. I have never once felt judged or unworthy in anything I have attempted but have always felt welcomed and encouraged. I love coming to the gym in my way home as it grounds me and makes me so much more receptive of my home environment... it's my "me" time. Fernwood Penrith keep doing what you do ??????

I have met so many ladies who don't go to a gym because they don't feel comfortable or like they fit in. I wasn't interested in a ladies gym as I would just go to the gym when others didn't but then my Mum continued to encourage me to go and when I did I was so grateful. The ladies are all so supportive and it really is like an extended family. So if that sounds like something you are looking for also, then drop in for a visit and see for yourself. Now might even be a good time as there highly successful 12 Week challenge starts in February. I'll be joining in myself. Lets support each other.

warm, welcoming, you get to know the staff, they are happy to help you figure out how to use new equipment , all equpment is easy to use, classes are great, and the facilities for when you are finished are just like being at home(everything you could need!!)

I have trained at countless gyms and Fernwood offer so much more then the average gym. they have the best equipment, best services, most friendly staff together with a highly motivating environment. Since taking over, Melissa has turned the gym into a world class training facility!

Fernwood Penrith is the best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are so educated, helpful and always lovely. The environment has a huge sense of sisterhood and you really feel like you’re part of an awesome community and working out becomes fun and social. After visiting other Fernwoods in sydney, Fernwood Penrith is the best by far.

I love fernwood penrith because the staff are amazing the personal trainers work you to your limits and give you options if you've got injuries and the group classes are awesome I love training here with my daughter also it's an awesome environment to get away from home for a while

Fernwood penrith is the first gym I've felt comfortable and I've actually been excited to go to. I have been to several gyms and hated all of them BUT this one has changed my mind. The staff are amazing and these zumba classes are the best classes I've ever done. I recommend this gym to anyone whose thinking about joining, you won't regret it!!

The staff were lovely and the facilities are fantastic. However, before signing up I wanted a trial for the facility. The normal trial i was told, you aren't able to have access to a FOB key. Working in the city from 8:30 am - 6pm made it impossible for me to have this free so I asked for 24/7 access with a $79 payment. If i was to go ahead after the trial this would then be taken off my membership which sounded great! As the week passed i was offered a free membership by my company and had to cancel the trial. I was then told after taking my FOB key back with no issues I cannot receive my $79 back. I used the facilities for a week and I don't believe that to be fair as anytime fitness do the same trial with the same FOB key, same price but as a deposit and you get it back once you return it. I'm sorry but I don't think this is fair.

i have been to a few gyms. i sign up and go once. hate it and im stuck paying a membership. BUT then i came across fernwood with my sister and it was the best decision I've made. I've been 3 times in 1 week which is rare for me! i feel comfortable, the staff are so lovely and welcoming, the inclusions are amazing, its all women only so no feeling uncomfortable with men in the gym, the creche! and its 24/7. what more could a girl want !!! ?

I have been going to Fernwood for many years and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and i love how it is set up for us girls. I have only started classes and the trainers have helped without me feeling stupid. I enjoyed my first fat burner class with Bec. She was able to cater for my lesser ability because the class was small. A wonderful place to go!

What can I say, I have been a member for 10years and on staff for 2. It is the most amazing place for women to truly become everything that want to be. I believe in Fernwood and all it offerings. It truly is an inspiring and rewarding place to be
