My impression from the first day was that of a well-organized place, cpm instructors (more instructors than instructors) attentive, responsible and, above all, well prepared and competent in what they do. I have been a user for 5 years, always on the same days and times (Tuesdays and Thursdays 18/19). This September I was away for 2 weeks and when I returned I was informed that the physiotherapist who accompanied me had resigned and that I could no longer use the Tuesday 18/19 schedule. If they wanted to continue, they would have to accept another time. I kept asking for a return to my original time, with a negative response. I think this change without my knowledge is very unprofessional on the part of the institution. Discourteous and disrespectful treatment!
