I've practiced pilates in many spaces in the city and none has a methodology as good as WOL. Great teachers, adapted for all levels without compromising the quality of each other's training: an advanced and a beginner or in rehabilitation can take classes at the same time, with the same teacher, without impacting on the expectations of each one during the exercise. So congratulations, I'm a fan!

Good Morning. I suggest that you rethink the waiting room, as it is not only small, it is also used by students when they enter and leave classes. As for the classes, I think they could be 60 min. Would recommend to friends and family, Note 8. Due to the space of the rooms. Very kind and patient teachers and staff.

I've been doing pilates for 10 years. I've taken classes at several studios, but none come close to Wol. At first, I chose Wol for the flexibility of schedules, as classes are scheduled through an application. Over time I fell in love with Wol. 💛💜 The team is engaged and engaging. The space is spacious and very pleasant. Service is highly personalized. In the pandemic, they quickly adapted to the needs of the moment with online classes. There is always something new and the weather is very good! Being part of Wol is a unique experience.
