I take the yoga classes on the beach which are the best thing I've ever done. The sky, the sea, the sand and the wind, together with the exercise and the teacher's reflections, are the perfect recipe for a practice that goes far beyond physical exercise.
Yoga itself is wonderful for the body and does a lot of good, the people are kind and welcoming, the classes always have something new and interesting, and it's a super safe place, with lots of people around doing exercises or walking the dogs .
