I have been practicing yoga for some years and this activity contributes a lot to maintaining my overall health as it improves breathing, increases flexibility, helps with self-knowledge, stimulates concentration, balances and calms down.
In addition to all these gains, it encourages positive emotions, generosity and the exercise of gratitude.
To complement, we access the great benefits of meditation, when performed regularly.
