I've been doing pilates for 4 years in this studio and I only have compliments. Professor Rodrigo is a very distinguished professional, highly qualified and extremely helpful. Always attentive to any inconvenience that students report, he puts together personalized classes that really work the whole body. The space and equipment are very well maintained, in addition to the sanitary protocols being strictly followed. I'm a card fan!

I've been a student for 8 months and I've really enjoyed the classes. The space is very nice, easily accessible, very close to the subway. The physiotherapists are very attentive, always ready to offer the best exercise, which in this case has helped a lot in my recovery. Also very good for the security it offers in relation to the number of students per space, always keeping an eye on COVID prevention protocols. Classes are more reserved with a maximum of 3 students, which also makes it easier for the physiotherapist to offer a more personalized service. Grade 10!

I've been doing pilates with Rodrigo for over 10 years and during this time I only have praise for him and his team! The Space is comfortable, easily accessible and strictly complies with the protocols established due to COVID-19. I feel safe with them. I've already treated a problem on my right arm and shoulder and I've been treating my left knee: I'm almost 100%!

I have been a student for many years. Very qualified and caring teachers. They can give a personalized class even with 3 students in the room. I have already recovered from some pre-existing injuries with targeted and personalized exercises. I would not trade for anything. I highly recommend.
