Hot Yoga Rio was a great discovery for me. The lounge is huge, super spacious and very nice. The studio is always clean. I've been practicing yoga for years, but I've never tried it in a heated room, it's incredible. It is important to enter the website beforehand and see all the recommendations before the first class, that's what I did and they also guide you well via whatsapp. They rent mats and towels if you forget to bring them. It's good to bring a change of clothes because the sweat is intense and the shower after practice is a must, because it gives an enormous feeling of well-being. The timetable has several different types of classes, some classes are fixed sequences, others are more fluid practices, but all the teachers are kind and very experienced. On their instagram @hotyogario has an explanation of each class, with temperature information for each type of class. The plans are flexible and you can practice at different times, which is wonderful. I've been practicing for a month and a half and loving it, I go almost every day, they have classes until Saturday and Sunday. There are special classes, challenges, which generates a sense of community in the crowd, which is super friendly and the atmosphere is great. It is very easy to get there and the subway is very close (Cantagalo station). The space is all well thought out and even has a little shop with some items for yoga, clothes, props, water, coconut water, kombucha.
