Yoga at its core...I got my yoga initiation at Aruna over ten years ago and they really rock! Whether with face-to-face or online practices, Anderson and Fernando are great references for me. Highly recommended!

I have been practicing yoga at this school for many, many years and I love the place, the teachers, the philosophy and the energy. I just went there during the pandemic and they are respecting all safety measures, keeping distance, wearing masks and making gel alcohol available. Incredible place indeed.

A traditional school, dedicated to the study of yoga, preserving all this ancient tradition. The place is also a sanctuary, in this city that never stops. Very cozy and welcoming. Kind staff and always ready to serve in the best way. When there are events, the school is decorated in an incredibly delicate way and with attention to detail. Whenever I can, I participate.

I only took one experimental class but I couldn't stay because I moved to another neighborhood, but I loved the Vinyasa class, it made me sleep very well and the atmosphere is really charming, beautiful place!
