I went back to doing pilates and I'm loving Cefip. The studio is clean, organized, well equipped. The teachers are excellent, as well as the secretarial service and security at the door. There are several group class schedules, which make physical activity possible even for those with a busy schedule. I am very satisfied. I recommend.

I highly recommend the Clinic. I'm having treatment with the physiotherapist Poliana who identified problems I didn't even know I had (ATM), in addition to being an excellent professional, she's super attentive and humane. I am very grateful to her for everything she has done for my improvement and the affection she always has for me. The local employees are also super attentive and friendly!!

I had a very bad experience with the clinic and I had losses not only in my health but also financially. I started the RPG with the physiotherapist Ingrid, but in addition to the treatment postures, she performed other procedures such as exercises that she claimed to be strengthening exercises that were not of interest to me, as she had already performed them with another professional at another clinic. Even though I insisted that I didn't feel comfortable with these that were bringing me pain and straining my body a lot, she convinced me that it was the right thing to do. As in theory I was talking to a professional, I tried to be patient and believe in the treatment. However, apart from the pain I had in the first two sessions, in the third I was injured. As I did the movement, my shoulder popped. The next day I had excruciating pain in my left shoulder joint and immediately wrote to the clinic. The physiotherapist Ingrid got back to me and indicated just putting ice on the spot. The next day, not being able to bear the pain, I had to look for another professional who attended to me, who provided immediate assistance to do shock and ultrasound sessions that were what relieved my pain. Finally, I had to go to the orthopedist who gave me an MRI on my shoulder that never went well. I'm spending a lot of money and in addition to the shoulder problem, my back has hurt three times more than usual since the first session. That is, we look for the clinic to get better and we leave there worse than when we entered and without any kind of attention. I am very sad and sorry.

Lídia, I really like your work at Cefip. I've been doing pilates for maybe 8 years, I've done several physiotherapy cycles, my son, mother, husband. In short, a very reliable place, engaged in equipment upgrades, renovations, and, most importantly, with a very good team. I met many excellent professionals there, to whom I am still grateful today. During the pandemic, you gave a show of competence, taking accessories to us, at home! Amazing, believe me. Thank you for taking good care of us!

CEFIP is a space place! Health care, taking care of the body and also the psychic/emotional. Counting on qualified professionals, extremely competent and who have a special affection for each student, it is possible to guarantee the quality of life! Because I've been at CEFIP for so many years, I say that I can't live without pilates! Even during the pandemic, it was of fundamental importance to have had the opportunity to participate in online classes. And even from afar, we are still very well taken care of! Because we received materials that helped us and enriched the classes. My mother is also very well cared for in physiotherapy and the procedures provide her with well-being and quality of life. I've been attending CEFIP for about 5 years and I only have good things to say. In short, when I started I could barely walk because of my knee problems. Today, not only do I walk well, I run, I go up and down stairs normally. I'm a new person. In addition to all the professionalism, we count on the affection and attention of everyone at CEFIP !!!!

In the middle of a pandemic scenario, it was a pioneer and offered online classes so as not to leave its students/patients unattended and even sent individual kits so that they could take better advantage of the classes, meanwhile, it renovated the clinic to prepare a highly safe return. The pilates teachers are great, especially Carla! Physiotherapist Dr Lidia is fabulous. Corrected my posture like nobody else. The entire space has a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent professionals who go from the entrance to the treatment. Dani is super helpful!
