The Pilates Studio is run by the owner, who personally teaches Pilates classes. She is attentive, a great professional, a physiotherapist who watches over the student's impeccable posture. The Studio is small, organized in such a way as to avoid agglomeration or dispersion of attention in the exercises. At the same time, it is great in terms of service excellence and professionalism. It is worth checking.

It's wonderful! The direction and coordination of the space and classes, carried out by Soraia, combines professionalism, care and respect for the individual of each student. Cozy environment, very well organized and following all safety protocols. More than the practice of a physical activity, the lesson plans reflect a program of exercises that help in the construction of a unique lifestyle and special care for the body.

When I joined Energy Core, it was after a Total Hip Prosthesis surgery. The personalized, highly professional, conscientious and competent care and service were essential for my complete recovery. Today, more than 5 years later, I continue as a "pilot" in the same Energy Core. I can only praise and thank you, and I hope to continue there, practicing Pilates, for a long time! Ah.... I don't know what back pain and similar are anymore. Again, I am unconditionally grateful to Energy Core, the entire team, and especially Soraya.

What do I like most about energy Core? The teacher, who "invents" countless exercises to work our whole body (and that doesn't let the class fall into monotony).
