Friendly and highly trained staff. They care about what the student is doing. Extremely kind. I'm doing my post-op recovery (I had both knees operated on) and they always take care to follow up on my condition to make sure everything is right.

I have been training for 7 years in this very dear place with such dear people. All very attentive and dedicated, excellent professionals, who know what they do and always value the comfort and dignity of their students! No matter the age or the goal, they always seek to bring a better quality of life to whoever they are, in addition to adapting training to each person's wishes and abilities. Relaxed and fun atmosphere. I do personal and functional with teachers Paulo and Renato, respectively. They are excellent professionals, very attentive and careful. My two daughters train boxing with Professor Juliano, who is also a great professional. I recommend!

They are all very attentive and very professional. The exercises are well-designed and concerned with everyone's well-being. Before the pandemic, they had incredible events, unfortunately now it has been reduced due to the quarantine.
