I take classes with Lê, and I receive a lot of attention and care, classes are monitored all the time, with explanations and correction of movements. I highly recommend. Congratulations team!

I was already taking classes with Prof Cris in another studio and I really liked her classes: she is always attentive if we are doing the movement correctly and is very careful and affectionate with each student! I always leave there feeling renewed, with a flexible, strong and aligned spine. The Moviments studio has a quiet, clean and air-conditioned environment, contributing to my favorite moments of calm and pause to take care of myself.

Classes are personalized, with full attention from the teacher, who is dedicated and very patient. I highly recommend it, as the exercises are not the same for all students. Each person is accompanied in a unique and professional way.
