Thank you for the vinyasa class. We enjoyed it. Personal attention and very professional touch. We loved the live guitar performance at the end of the session. The shakes and Vietnamese roll were also very tasty.

I came on Saturday morning and did the ashtanga class with Jonathan. I speak English and so he led the class bilingual to accommodate me and it was excellent quality instruction. I grew up in San Diego and there is a huge yoga community which I have been a part of for 6 years and I can say this morning I learned something new 🙏Namaste

I took traffic to get to class and arrived 12 minutes late. I was informed that the tardiness allowance for the 75-minute class was 10 minutes. Reception didn't try anything to help me. It simply stated that there was nothing to be done.

I've been going to the studio for over a year now, the environment is beautiful, incredible energy and super welcoming. The teachers are experienced and go far beyond the postures in the classes, they have awareness, pranayama, meditation, mantra, wow, the complete Yoga experience. Prof. Andrea is super amazing among many others! It's good to know that even amidst the gray and cold of urban life we ​​can count on a place as warm and human as My Yoga, it makes me feel better. I'm in love with this school! Cozy atmosphere, always very kind service, the teachers are excellent and the grade is very complete, with many options of modalities and schedules. And inside there is still the vegan restaurant which is VERY special.
