Deserves 10 stars! The environment, the professionals, the energy, everything is sensational! In two months I already felt a lot of improvement, in posture and pain in the spine. The classes are always varied, they work all the muscles. I used to work out at the gym, but now I don't trade Noah's Pilates for anything!!!!!!

The environment is very pleasant, clean and the equipment is new and well maintained. The teachers are friendly, and they care not only about our well being in the practice of Pilates but also about the issue of health protocols due to the pandemic. Classes are individually planned for each student and the teachers have great knowledge and teaching skills. Well located, small classes….a great studio option for those looking to practice Pilates.

I believe it is the most complete Studio in the region with several possibilities for exercises and conditions to serve all audiences. I have been practicing pilates for over 3 years and she is the best instructor I have had classes with. In the experimental class, it is already possible to perceive the quality of the equipment and the professional. The plans are super affordable and the cost-benefit is the best I found near my residence
