Ana is a sensational person first of all but also a fantastic professional who motivates and challenges every day. Always concerned about the students and working with a focus on the individual goals of each one.

Teachers Bia and Ana are excellent. They adjust the training according to the needs of the student. If there are orthopedic problems, they evaluate the case and respect these conditions to help the student. The studio has easy access to a bus stop both on Ausonia Street, almost opposite, and on Mazzei Avenue. It has all the necessary apparatus for classic Pilates done through apparatus and mat.

I have really enjoyed the Pilates classes. There are a variety of appliances. I have Professor Ana's full attention. Makes the corrections, encourages the performance of the exercises. I recommend. I've been practicing Pilates for a year. The transformations in my body were exceptional. No more pain. Just harmony between the movements of my body and the efforts it makes on a daily basis.

I arrived at the place ahead of schedule, the first time I was going, I didn't know for sure the place. I thought it was closed, I decided to call around 7:20 and I was informed of the place. It's a small Studio and when I entered the attendant with an air of irony asked if I had been waiting too long. I stayed in the car for 20 minutes and didn't stay longer for that during the class. Class ended at 7:50. Did not like

Great place to practice Pilates. Prof Cintia is super attentive, motivates us and is excited for each exercise, in addition to being dedicated to what she does. I've been using it for two months and I'm already seeing a difference. I highly recommend !!!
