The place is beautiful and the menu options are interesting, but I didn't enjoy the experience. First, the values of Smoothie bowls did not appear in the table on the wall. As I was in a hurry and hungry, I ended up ordering without caring about it and look, prepare your pocket! When I received my order, a huge amount of product arrived. I love to eat well, but it came too much, too much. Chefs know that the portion should always be ideal, not too little, not too much, so constructive criticism remains. Another thing I didn't like: after a few minutes, another customer entered the establishment and the employee informed her that there was half a portion (but she didn't inform me about that). I felt cheated because if I had known there was such a possibility, I would never have ordered a whole portion if I had known it came so much. Information was missing. Each customer is treated differently. I don't like to waste food, mind you! By the way, I took it home, but of course it melted! It's like ice cream! Another problem: the place appears to be vegan, but I noticed that they serve pollen there. If you're vegan, be careful, they don't make it very clear! Find out if they use honey and bee derivatives in the product you are ordering. Watch out for it. In other words, because of these problems related to the lack of information and the fact that I noticed this lack of clarity regarding veganism in the place, I will not be returning. As constructive criticism, I think the establishment could provide better information about portions, prices and which products are actually vegan.
