Highly recommend! Vert Pilates was undoubtedly the best and most accurate choice of 2023. I do RPG and Pilates weekly and after 3 months of practice, I have improved my posture a lot. I could also, I've already taken classes with all the teachers and it's simply a lot of professionalism and experience at VERT. I've tested other studios and this one is by far the best! The professionals, all physiotherapists, are excellent, very attentive to the individualities of each patient/student, in addition to being very confident. I have spinal problems (hernia and scoliosis) and I noticed a big improvement in the quality of my daily life! In addition, the receptionists are also very kind and the infrastructure of the space is great, in addition to being cozy. All in very good taste! Value compatible with other studios. I've been doing pilates at Vert Studio Pilates for almost 3 months and I recommend them without a doubt. The environment is well equipped, the location is great and the teachers are super committed. The classes are really worth it, it's hard to find a studio that is affordable with Vert's level of quality. I really love it!

Vert Pilates performs a very serious work, with professionals who follow recognized and consolidated lines of work, in addition to constant improvements and research. There are many Pilates studios whose professionals do not even know what their line of work and training is, showing that they come from quick training and of dubious quality. Pilates well performed cannot be done lightly. I suffer from a herniated lumbar disc and I did extensive research for a studio where the work was really meticulous and I confess that Vert Pliates was the only place that showed a lot of seriousness, commitment and care.
