Wonderful place, cozy, good energy, it gives peace to be at Yoga Casa Verde! And Fatima, our teacher, is a sweetheart, attentive, teaches classes especially for us and always brings news and for the practice of Yoga. My life has gotten so much better since I started practicing Yoga, and I couldn't have chosen a better school and teacher!

Incredible, surprising and fantastic... a place where you breathe, feel and practice yoga with love and attention. The instructor Fátima with all affection, love and professionalism makes each class a unique experience. After 1 month of practicing yoga, I managed to lower my heart rate, which was around 110 BPM to 72 BPM... the physiological and psychological benefits are really remarkable. I just have to thank Fatima.
