I have been coming here since it opened almost a year ago and i love this place! The varied classes here have helped me reach my health goals, including losing weight and lowering my high blood pressure. Staff are very friendly and genuine here. The studio is beautiful and clean. Almost feel like you are at the spa...but of course you have to work a bit harder than at the spa ;) Also, I see women of all ages here which says a lot about the general benefits of the workouts.

I have been going to Xtend Barre since it opened last July and have loved every minute of it! Before joining Xtend I was not one for working out. I was moderately active but really disliked the gym setting and rarely went. But this place has completely changed my outlook on exercising and working out. I now really enjoy working out and love seeing my body change as I get stronger! There are many different class types to choose from and ALL of them are fun yet challenging. The staff are super supportive and encouraging. This is a great place! Hope to see you at the barre!

I love this place, the location is great, the Instructors are all so nice and very helpful. The staff have always been so friendly and knowledgeable. It is great coming to the classes, there are so many different ones to choose from and times. The people who work here take time to meet all the people in their classes and call you by name. You feel like you count at this place. It's the best place I have ever gone to work out :-)

I rarely rate anything at full stars, but this place is amazing. The staff are always willing share insights on how to work within the limits of health and injury issues at the same time pushing you to explore new things and test your limits. It is a safe and fun atmosphere for all levels of fitness. I suggest strongly giving them a try. I am so glad I found xtend barre!

Xtend barre is awesome!! The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful and all the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Jeanette has created an amazing community of people that truly empower one another. The babies on board classes are challenging but give you a great reason to get out of the house and the opportunity to socialize with other moms in a nonjudgmental setting.

Love this studio and the staff! In short, Jeanette and her team have created a warm, supportive environment in a beautiful location, right in the middle of the city. I recommend checking this studio out for flexible, effective, and fun classes - especially if you've never found a great fit in other studios/gyms.

Xtend Barre has been such a game changer for me since having a baby. With 4 babies on board classes a week, it's made it easier to juggle mom life with a healthy lifestyle. The staff and instructors are so welcoming and encouraging. Absolutely love this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great full body workout!

I just started the 2 week trial and have only been to 3 classes, but they were all great (and a wicked workout)!! Staff and instructors are super friendly and I love the positive environment! Plus it's a beautiful studio!

I loved Xtend studio! I've been to several barre studios in Edmonton and Xtend is by far my favourite. The staff are friendly, the studio is clean and beautiful but most importantly the class and the instructor were fantastic! I signed up for the baby on board class and really liked it. I would recommend this studio!

I've only done the baby barre class but the staff are fantastic, the studio is gorgeous and the workout is great. It's awesome that they have a babywearing educator on hand to make sure your little one is safe, and you always leave feeling sweaty but good. The free fruit after also keeps you from wanting to go next door to Crave cupcakes lol
