Yoga For Today

The amazing community keeps me coming back for more!! Not only are the classes a staple in my life, but there are also opportunities for spiritual growth with all the fabulous people they bring in to do workshops! Highly recommended!!!!

Went to the PiYo workshop last Sunday facilitated by Emily. Super excited about this upcoming class in November. Emily is a gem of an Instructor/Teacher! And, she certainly knows her stuff. My quads were not liking going down the stairs for the next two days. Ouch & more ouch. Though, I felt great.....just like she said! I say YES to PiYo. Bring it on!!!
