I count myself very lucky that Diana is the one who has taught me the most about yoga, she is an incredibly skilled instructor with a very impressive background of experience, yet she makes it look welcoming and easy. Inner Temple Yoga makes me feel serene and peaceful, and I always stand a little taller afterward. Thank you for all of your hard work in bringing a sense of calm to this world, Diana!
